The HR Compliance Experts story dates back to 2006, when Frank Cania began his consulting career with  "one client, a dream, and a very supportive wife." Established as CaniaHR, Frank rebranded the quickly growing firm as driven HR in 2012. Then, in 2016 driven HR was acquired by a regional payroll service provider. 

Eager to get back to his entrepreneurial roots and write a new chapter in his professional life, Frank - with "an even bigger dream and the same very supportive wife" - founded HR Compliance Experts LLC in 2018.

A lot has changed since 2006. Today, building on a long-established reputation for providing unmatched human resource consulting services, Frank and the HRCE team partner with a growing list of clients in several states, including NY, AZ, CA, IL, MA, ME, NJ, and PA. However, what will never change is our commitment to providing every client with the expertise necessary to address and resolve increasingly complex employment-related issues, and the knowledge that, at that moment, they are our most important client.
